Highlighted below are the services we provide and how they can help you.

Towing Service
Our roadside assistance program includes a very liberal towing allowance to the nearest service facility. If a non accident related tow is necessary, the customer’s disabled vehicle will be taken to the nearest qualified repair facility, up to $75, the maximum benefit.

Battery Jump Start
With high wear and tear and usage, batteries tend to die and they die without warning; we get are equipped to jump-start your automobile and get you back on the road.

Minor Roadside Adjustments
Minor roadside adjustments will be provided to members if the need arises. You never know when your car will need a quick fix.

Flat Tire Assistance
All flat tires will be changed with the member's spare tire and in a timely manner.

Fuel Delivery
An emergency supply of fuel will be delivered to a member vehicle and give your car that pick up it needs to get you safely to a gas station.

Vehicle Winching & Extraction
A member's vehicle will be winched if it is stuck in a ditch, mud, or snow, as long as it is accessible from a normally traveled roadway.

Lockout Service
If a member locks his/her keys in the vehicle or loses the keys, locksmith services will be provided to open the vehicle.

Vehicle Fluid Delivery
Service is provided to deliver standard vehicle fluids: gas, oil or coolant. The cost of vehicle fluids is extra.

Claims
AutoRoadService.com's roadside assistance program allows for 3 roadside assistance claims per membership year. However, in the unlikely event that more than 3 claims are needed, service will continue to be provided on a "pay as you go" basis. RV’s, commercial vehicles and motorcycles are NOT covered.
